Attention! Sign up for your hotel rooms NOW. I have them blocked until March 15!

Country Mountain Inn 479-253-7120 If no one answers leave a message, (with name phone number, that you are with NGWclub and what size room and what dates)they will call you back.

So they have blocked about a dozen rooms for us on the Pool/Fire pit side/Park side. Basically the rooms have two queen beds, though there are a few other (single King, single Queen) available. The room cost is $59.95 per night. I have blocked from Monday June 5 to June 8, so be sure to tell them which nights you want.

Be Sure to tell them you are with NGW Club!!

Tshirt design will be out later this week!

Some of you remember a few years back we had a Run in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Well why not do it again and hit all the great rides we didn't get to last time! Here's the local brochure so you can see the types of rides in the area.
http://www.eurekasprings.org/vacation-g ... cle-guide/

The run will be officially from June 6-8, 2017,but lots of people seem to show up early so there will be a Chili dinner on Monday night and a morning ride on Tues. for those who want to join in. This is the week that Rodger (rcmatt) and I (redwood) celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary and we can't think of a better group to spend it with than NGW!

Cost: $20 The treasurer will get the sign up area up shortly.

T-shirts $20 I am going to try to top the ones I made for the 2015 Eastern Run! Pictures when available.

Hotel: Country Mountain Inn- Expedia is showing double bed rooms for about $59. I am working at getting a group price, and will post it if I do.
http://www.eurekasprings.org/country-mountain-inn/

Camping: Kettle Campground. Tent sites are from $11-22, cabins are available but for $58 you might as well stay at the hotel and not have to walk outside to the bathroom
http://www.eurekasprings.org/kettle-cam ... s-rv-park/

Meals: Chili and salad on Monday night as the pre-Run meal and Wednesday night at one of the great local restaurants. Lunch on the Wednesday long ride. Suggestions will be available for all the other meals.

Activities: Some of the twistest roads West of the Blue Ridge and East of the Rockies. (not saying much I know, but I think you will be impressed if you have never been here!)
Fireside fun in the evenings (weather permitting)
Kicking tires, sharing stories and just generally having a great time

Redwood, during the fall I was working on an idea for a shirt design. My artistic skills are very limited but you are more than welcome to use what I have.

Al,
I'd love to see your design. I have a couple of ideas, based on the area, but am very open to yours. Send them in a PM and we can work on it.
Thanks
Beth

Maps shows 864 miles for us, so most likely will pass on this most awesome tour. Would be great but cannot manage 1700 travel miles this spring.

Looks like a great rally point and I would be able to swing back thru Birmingham Al to see Barber's Museum on the way back. Going to try to make this rally.
