Vintage Days Raffle

#1

Post by CYBORG »

As some members know, every year at the Vintagedays Rally at Mid-Ohio Race Rrack, RAT, Oldewing, and myself provide a shady spot with free water and drinks, for NGW members. In order to help pay for this, we hold a raffle. Last year it was one of the large metal NGW signs. This year we are expanding it to a two item raffle.

The first item is one of Randakk's super great front master cylinder replacements.

The second is Randakk's spin on oil filter adapter kit.

Both great items to up grade you wing with. We understand that not everyone can attend the rally, but would like to give everyone the opportunity to support this effort, and to win one of these great items.

Tickets for the master cyl. are $10 ea., or three for $20. For the filter adapter they are $5 ea., or three for $10. Tickets will be sold at the rally, or you can buy them here by sending the money and information to coladoug@gmail.com. If you would rather send a ck, contact me, and we will make arrangements. Online purchases must be completed by July 14th. Your name will go in with the ones sold at the rally, and the drawing will be held on july 21st. Winners will be announced here, and if you are not present at the time of the drawing, the prize will be sent to you. If buying on line please include your screen name as well as your name and address, and which raffle you are entering.

Some other great Randakk stuff will be available/given away, at the tent. So try and make it if you can. And thanks in advance for your effort in supporting this annual gathering of NGW members

I don't need either item BUT...I'll buy tickets there when I can tear myself away from cooler guard duty. (Rat is in charge of that detail and I have to get permission.)

If I win there will be a second raffle. Each ticket will be big bucks for the the exact same item BUT (another BUT) you will have the certain knowledge that the part you win was almost on a BOTY. That and another dollar will get you a cup of coffee anywhere. (Except maybe at Starbucks where foo-foo coffee is outrageous.)

Actually if I win, I'll present the item to Whiskerfish. The boss has put up with me for 3 years now. Lord knows that has to be worth something.

Starbucks where foo-foo coffee is outrageous
Around these parts, true sports fans do not drink at Starbucks. We're afraid they will use the money to buy our football team and then sell it to Oklahoma. :)
