Hard to tell from the scant information you provided but Whiskerfish has his rear end wrapped pretty tightly (may be a result of being in the Navy so long). If I recall correctly it's a HD Sportster rear fender mounted at an odd angle.

He's on the road just now but he did all the fitting himself, including adding the barn door hinges that support it.
So, no aftermarket stuff, gotta do it yourself.
