so last night i took off the fairing of my goldwing,and i know i need to buy headlight brackets but how do i mount those up?

I am currently working something out with mine. Toward the bottom of the page is what I have so far. You could also get a light that mounts on the sides and use generic fork clamps found all over the place.

I know on my 76 you slide the fork tubes down insert the light mounting ears between the triple trees and slide the fork tubes through them and your done. Do you have the hardware that held the original headlight or is your of a year that came with a windjammer? Pics would help but you need to make 5 posts then you can upload pics. Do you have a headlight bucket?
