Sharp. Gold checkers look good. Who's front fender?
If we can't fix it, we can fix it so no one else can.

It's the stock fender, I cut it on the back and painted it.

My initial thoughts on the gold engine were pretty negative. You have definitely resolved the issue. It looks GREAT!!
Congrats,

Well I had to put new pipes after seeing Oldboy's bike. So I pick up some on ebay for about $60 with shipping. They were new, old stock and still in there boxes. I like the way they look on the bike and you can remove the baffle if you like. Any-hay, I just love this site because if you are stump you can come here and get ideals from others. I think this bike is influence by so many bikes here and I'm just happy to know you guys.

I have leaks were header connect to the muffler and may need to go with a 1100 header it has a little of a up swept tip.
Image
Need to lift the left a little more; also the 1100 must have longer rear end then the 1000. I had to do some fab work to keep it clear of everything.

and her is a few new pics.

MY! Standing ovation. You have raised the bar for the cafe genre! Is that an Emgo fairing? I might suggest a fork brace, not only for handling, but it will add a beefy design statement to that front end..

Yea, I have a fork brace I was going to put on but it did not clear the fender, so I need to make some shims for it to clear or get a new one that will work with the fender. Not sure what the fairing is, I got it used on ebay.

All I can say is WOW...a superb build. All the details are fantastic, love the gold engine. Like those pipes too. You should be proud of your work!

That's a very nice composition you've put together.

I was doubting the gold engine there at first but you really pulled it off nicely.

And, I think we had a moment there ... quite a bonding experience. ;)
