Sagebrush, did you have any issues with warping after you drilled your rotors?

The trick to preventing warping is to use a slow drill speed combined with lots of drilling oil.

I did have issues with warping after drilling. I was out riding one day and came around a curve on a back road and the pavement was severely broken up. You could have lost a dump truck in this hole. At any rate I clamped down on the front brakes hard and managed to warp both rotors. It was immediately obvious what I had done.

Over time the rear rotor has warped as well. I still need to change it out.

I had the guys at truDisc drill my rear rotor; not problems after 5K miles. They would not drill the front ones because the Aspy has ventilated rotors.
